Joachim brings 29 years of experience in sales and customer management in the global FMCG industry. He began his career in Unilever Germany where he held various sales and commercial positions in the personal care division.
Joachim then joined GlaxoSmithKline in Germany, building his career through holding a variety of supply chain and sales roles across the DACH region. He then moved to London to create the European sales function. In his last role with GSK, as VP Sales & Customer Strategy, he led the international key account management for the mass market business, the global sales force excellence structure for the expert channels, and the pharmacy teams including the collaboration with the pharmaceutical division and the route to market development for Middle East & Africa.
