Katharina is a Corporate Governance Consultant with a  wealth of experience in Internal Controls and governance issues across a number of sectors.

Strengths and Career Achievements

Katharina has particular expertise in Internal Controls, and accompanies clients in their implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of an effective and efficient Internal Control Framework and other governance-related matters.  With a hands-on approach, she helps organisations manage their Corporate Governance projects,  allowing them to achieve long-term success and protect their stakeholders’ rights and interests.

For PwC Paris and New York, Katharina led many successful audit teams of small private companies to large listed clients within the Retail, Food and Beverage, and Pharmaceuticals industries.  In a specialist role she advised, accompanied and trained PwC France audit teams from Juniors to Partners during their ISA, PCAOB integrated or US GAAS audits for many years.  Katharina has also led cross-border merger and acquisitions projects for a medium-sized M&A advisory firm focusing on clients within the Specialty Chemicals space.

In addition to a University Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, Germany, Katharina holds a CEMS Masters in International Management (CEMS MIM).  She speaks German, English and French.
