Nicola is a Marketeer and Project Manager with more than 12 years’ sales and marketing experience in FMCG companies. She is a proven leader of international cross functional teams combining project management expertise with strong brand management experience to deliver innovation and sales growth.

Strengths and career achievements

Nicola has extensive experience in all areas of commercial sales and marketing, from developing long term roadmaps based on validated consumer insights, establishing propositions and new product development, to creating and delivering campaigns to drive sales, share and profitability. Her project management skills were formed in one of the world’s leading petrochemical companies. She has project managed global product launches as well as developed and executed regional strategic marketing plans. She is an effective leader of multi-functional teams including R&D, quality, purchasing, design, cost engineering, finance, logistics, sales, and communications with markets.

Nicola has worked on leading FMCG brands including Weight Watchers, Philips AVENT and Johnnie Walker, in both global and local roles. In a recent role where she drove the global strategic direction and innovation pipeline of a healthcare business, she successfully delivered 20% annual growth worth €150 million.
