Strengths and Career Achievements

Susan has spent her entire 25 year career with leading international law firms in London and, for the last 12 years, was Senior Client Relationship, Business Development and Communications Manager. She was a founding member of a Business Development and Marketing Department that transformed a leading global law firm’s approach to marketing and communications. Susan was, for many years, a trusted adviser to the Practice Partner of a leading international firm, advising on a variety of practice management issues that led to the introduction of a new practice function as well as new systems for client and internal management. She established a best practice client relationship programme for key client accounts, mostly FTSE 100 an FTSE 250 companies, and was instrumental in the overhaul of an award winning website.

Susan led and developed firm-wide communications activities, significantly increasing the number and impact of press releases and firm-wide newsletters, and launching an award winning firm magazine. She also produced a practical innovative guide to UK takeovers for investment bankers and leading M&A practitioners, that is now in circulation as an eBook.

Susan read law at London University and has recently completed an MBA at Hult International Business School, where she was awarded a distinction.
